The Towers consist of a 21-story office tower and a 22-story hotel tower situated on commercial plots in qatar. The development spans a total plot area of approximately 11,729 sq.m and includes a three-level basement for parking and service areas. The podium floors accommodate retail and other commercial facilities. Known for its dynamic and unique architecture, the project is a landmark development in Lusail City that integrates modern design with sustainability goals under the GSAS 4th Edition Mixed Development framework
